These works cover a route in Dublin, Ireland – From Ringsend, Dublin Port, East Wall and Clontarf. They attempt to explore vehicular impact on the built environment by presenting support structures such as industrial plants, storage tank sites and car parks.
‘Transient’, is a series that explores how transport affects the built environment. The work features unique architecture and engineering. Because these places are often altered to adapt to technological developments in transport, they are very much of this time. Some of these locations are destinations for the vehicle and often part of the journey for the person.
